Sales Innovator Accelerate
Tender responses fail for two ordinary reasons. They take too long, and they read like they were written for nobody in particular.
A real tender arrives as a pack, not a document: a response schedule, a PDF of numbered questions, a compliance matrix, and files that are background only. Someone has to work out which ones need answering before anyone writes a word.
Upload the pack as it came. Accelerate sorts the response documents from the reference material, researches the buyer, and proposes win themes built on what they have said matters. Then it drafts into the original document, in place, with their headings, numbering and tables untouched. Every answer is labelled as coming from your company profile or from a citeable public fact, so you can see which is which before you put your name on it.
Where there is no honest answer, it says so. If nothing in your capability matches a question, it marks the item for you rather than writing something plausible, and it never sets a compliance rating on your behalf. A response you can defend in an evaluation meeting is worth more than one that falls apart under questioning.
Run it after Sales Innovator Intelligence and it does more than answer the tender. Intelligence produces a growth strategy for that buyer: the opportunity they have not acted on, and how your offering enables it. Accelerate carries that strategy through every answer, so your response argues for growth the buyer has not been shown while everyone else is answering the question as written. That is what separates a compliant response from one that gets shortlisted.
You get the document back in its original format, plus a list of what still needs you. In our pilot, a first draft takes an afternoon.

Answers the tender, and makes the case
Grounded in your own sources and the buyer's. If you also run Intelligence, Accelerate draws on its research; it doesn't need it.
Most tender tools produce compliant answers. Compliant answers are how you end up compared on price.
Most tender platforms want an implementation project and a maintained answer library before you see a first draft. Accelerate needs neither.
What stays with you
Pricing and compliance sections remain in your hands. Those carry legal and commercial risk that belongs with a person, not a draft.
Pilot open. Pricing on request.

Accelerate is in pilot. We're working with a small number of bid and sales teams to shape it before general release. Pilot partners get early access and a direct say in what we build next.
