Sales Innovator University
Coming soonThere is a difference between having read the method and being able to run it in front of a client. The University closes that gap, and certifies the people who have.
Certification is not a course completion badge. It means you can walk a client's business the way their customers experience it, find the growth opportunity nobody inside has acted on, build the commercial case for it, and present it as a strategy the client wants to invest in. Enabled, specifically, by what you sell.
That is a different job from the one most sellers are trained for. Most training teaches you to qualify, handle objections and close against requirements the client has already written. This teaches you to arrive with something the client did not know they needed, which is the work that separates the sellers who make quota from the ones who set the number.
What it means for your career
The rubric behind the certification is the same one the Quotient uses, and its levels describe a real ladder. Practising is an Account Director. Proficient is a Key Account Director. Sales Innovator is the seat above both, the one most organisations have not created yet.
Certification puts a name on where you sit and what you have to do next. It is portable: it travels with you between employers, between products and between industries, because the method does not depend on what is in your bag.
For sales leaders, it does something else. You stop guessing which of your people can do this work and start knowing.
