Every first meeting, with a reason to meet.

Sales Innovator Intelligence researches the account and drafts a point of view your seller can take into the room. Up to two weeks of research, usually ready in a few minutes, from public sources.

For the chief executive

The 17% problem. In 4.2 million opportunities across 530 companies, the top 17% of sellers generated 81% of revenue (Ebsta and Pavilion, 2024). The gap is not effort. The top sellers bring the client a growth idea the client hadn't seen.

What you approve. A Team plan: five sellers, 25 points of view a month, A$799 a month plus GST. Start with a team trial we set up for you, and judge it on the first meetings it produces.

What could go wrong. The research uses public sources only, so nothing you hold is sent out to build it. Your seller still owns the meeting: the point of view is a draft for a person to edit, not a message sent in your name.

Before you buy, measure. The CEO track of the Sales Innovator Quotient is 14 questions, about nine minutes. The team version compares what leadership believes with what sellers say they do day to day.

For the revenue leader

The market moved, and volume stopped working. In Fullcast and Pavilion's 2026 study, 78.3% of sellers missed quota. Teams that used AI for precision grew revenue per seller 61%. Teams that used it for volume saw revenue per seller fall 26%. AI accelerates the strategy you already have.

What Intelligence changes. A senior seller can spend up to two weeks researching one strategic account by hand. Intelligence drafts that point of view in minutes, so the account plan stops being the bottleneck. On a Team plan that's 25 points of view a month, shared across five sellers: the growth idea, why it matters commercially, what stands in the way, and how your offer enables it.

Our experience, not an independent measurement.

Process is the lever. Organisations with the highest sales-process adoption reached 72.4% quota attainment against 49.4% at the lowest (CSO Insights, 2019, 918 organisations). A point of view on every strategic account gives that process a written artefact you can inspect.

What to fund. Team, A$799 a month plus GST, five seats, extra seats A$99. Corporate, 100 points of view a month from November: talk to us.

For the sales leader rolling it out

Your first fortnight.

  • Day 1: we set up five seats and a shared pool of 25 points of view.
  • Week 1: each seller picks the two accounts they most want a first meeting with, and runs a point of view on each.
  • Week 2: in your team meeting, two sellers present their point of view the way they would to the client. Everyone else asks the client's questions.
  • End of week 2: count the first meetings booked from a point of view, and decide.

What breaks, and how to avoid it. A point of view is a draft. A seller who sends it unread will sound like everyone else. Ask each seller to change one thing before it goes to a client: a fact only they know, or a sentence in their own voice.

New sellers. Structured onboarding ramps sellers 3.4 months faster (Sales Management Association). A point of view on each of a new hire's accounts gives them a structured first meeting in week one.

When the team wants the skill as well as the tool, the Uncover Growth workshop teaches the method behind the point of view: A$1,295 per person plus GST.

For the manager running the pipeline

Bring one to your next deal review. Pick the stalled deal on your board. Run a point of view on that account before the review. Then ask your seller three questions: Which growth idea would the client care about most? Who in the client owns it? What's the next step that tests it?

Coach to the artefact, not the anecdote. A deal with a point of view behind it has a written reason to buy that you can test in the review. A deal without one is a hope. Use the point of view to see which deals have a real business case behind them.

Give your sellers their time back for selling. The research a seller would do by hand before a first meeting arrives as a draft, so your one-to-ones can be about the client, not about the prep.

Start with your own accounts. Take the 14-day Solo trial yourself, with 3 points of view and no card. Run them on your team's three biggest open deals, then bring the team in on the Team plan.
